Embracing Zero Trust: Harnessing Organizational Identity for Secure Telecom Services

I had an amazing time organizing the MEF CONNECTS ID & AUTH: The Dawn of Personal Data & Identity hybrid event. It was such a joy working with all 38 speakers for the event. I also really enjoyed participating in the event as well.

Here is one of the five sessions I participated in at the event, and below is the session abstract.

In this session, we explored the practical implementation of organizational identity within the telecommunications service provider industry. We delve into the problems it can solve, the beneficiaries, and the real-world applications. Specifically, we focus on how organizational identity can empower telecommunications service providers to enhance the value of their services for enterprises, strengthening customer engagement, building solid reputations, and mitigating the risks of impersonation.

By putting organizational identity into action, we discuss how it can effectively protect consumers from fraud, address regulatory concerns, and empower individuals with greater control and informed decision-making. The ultimate goal is to foster a broader ecosystem of trust within the telecommunications industry.

Throughout the session, we provide practical examples that showcase the possibilities of achieving these outcomes collaboratively. Click here to learn more about the transformative potential of organizational identity and its implications for telecommunications service providers.
